Im glad I came here! the staff is awesome, and made my problems theirs and worked beyond my expectations to see them solved 100% to my needs. They found me screws for a monitor mount whos brand I couldn't recall, found me tracks for a hard drive I needed to mount into an old case, and showed me how to clean my pc thoroughly. No matter your computer related need are, If you want to talk to real people you can trust I cannot recommend Sacramento Tech exchange enough!

I’ve been here twice now for computer repairs and it’s been a stellar experience each time. Staff are super friendly and informative, they work quickly, keep you updated, and the price is pretty reasonable. This is my go-to place for anything rated to computers!

Sacramento Tech Exchange is a hidden gem for all your tech needs! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. I had a great experience getting my MacBook Pro's battery replaced – they even cleaned out the fans so it runs cooler, all at a very reasonable price. Look at the pics, you won't believe how dirty it was! The store also offers custom PC builds, and they have a wide selection of DJ and music production gear, making it a great spot for both tech enthusiasts and creatives. Whether you need a repair, are looking for a tech upgrade, want to sell your gear, or are just browsing the awesome memorabilia scattered throughout the store, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic people, fantastic place, they could have lied to me like other places I went to and asked full price for a screen replacement. Instead they checked for a known issue with my macbook model basically caused by a GPU on its way out. They sorted me out. Charged me nothing. Informed me I should back my data up since the computer can die at any time and gave me detailed options for a replacement or service. The place isn’t just a computer repair center. They have a lot of cool collectibles and game items. Felt a bit like a kid in a candy store.
